As Socially Involved Entrepreneurs, we are the initiators of 026aanhetwerk and thus create an impact in our society. 026aanhetwerk is a reintegration company for people who experience a distance to the labor market, for example because they receive benefits. 026aanhetwerk distinguishes itself from regular reintegration companies by adapting work to the participant. The participant starts to move through responsible and professional guidance (coaches), in which talents and possibilities are central. The participant can start to make sense again by doing work that suits him or her. They first do this in a familiar environment and then take the step outside.
